IT Systems Recovery: Establish the confidence level that IT systems can, in reality, be recovered in line with the organisations tolerance to impairments and downtime.​​​

Workplace Resilience: Are the alternative physical and remote workplace arrangements capabable of absorbing current required capacity

Competence: Do role holders really understand their roles, the actions they are required to take and the resources they should use. This part of the business continuity audit  involves a series of face-to-face meetings with designated business continuity and incident management roles.
